Clean and ideal hotel, efficient staff and extremely comfy beds. Exceptionally clean and beautifully designed room with a view to city. Central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. Good service, parking nearby. Nice pool area too.

Huge room, splendid, with a clean bathroom. Bonus point for a laptop-compatible safe, central heating, and a work desk. Lovely views, very good service with parking nearby. Not to mention free wifi! Very helpful, efficient staff, magnificent location next to the sea, the pedestrian area and the shopping and entertainment areas of the town centre...

Hotel is in a great spot to explore Kalmer and was comfortable for our 1 night stay. Also the breakfast buffet was more than adequate.

Not a very smart way of phrasing the question. It makes me think that people often complain! However, I had a very nice experience in the hotel and I have stayed there before and will use it again. Not for its charm, because it does not have that, but because of convenience and very friendly staff

The bed in our spacious room with a nice view of the city was extremely comfortable, the location was fantastic with the central station close by making it easy to get around, and the surroundings were peaceful and calming.

The staff at this hotel are fabulous. Every one of them! They made me feel very welcome from the moment I entered the door, and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I have to admit I knew nothing of Kalmar before I traveled there. Now, I can tell you that I will definitely return to this beautiful city, and when I do I will be staying at the First Hotel Witt!
